The Old Bull Inn dates back to the 1600’s, and is once said to have been the stop-off point for William Shakespeare, as he was travelling to Worcester to collect his marriage licence to Anne Hathaway.
The beautiful village of Inkberrow is also thought to be the inspiration behind BBC Radio 4’s long-running series of The Archers, with The Old Bull Inn, the muse for the pub in the soap.
During the Civil War, in 1645, Charles I left his maps in the church, after staying the night at the vicarage
